Universum - mini sistem VTC 4630A

Hi! Recently I was given a mini sistem VTC 4630A. Does not respond to any command, neither remote control, neither its controls.
The CD display shows only "disc" and the general display is orange showing nothing. I have no sound.

The mini sistem is a tuner + double cassete + cd. Could anyone help me with the diagram?
