which are the universal gates ? Expect NAND and NOR ? Is fradkin is universal gate ?

it is tristate and can not be used directly for expressing the two logic inputs

it just swaps the two ip when the first is 1 dono how it serves as an universalgate

Yes, Fredkin and Toffoli are both 3 input, 3 output, universal reversible gates. There are many others. See here: Three-input universal logic gate - Wikipedia.

It is not tristate. It has three inputs.
