i am trying to use cadence to design an opamp.
so i have to find the different parameters like Kn Kp lambda for nmos and pmos.
i am using values of tox given for gpdk090 in cadence /models /spectre.
i have calculated taking assuming the values for tox to be given in m and not in cm...
am i correct in doing so....pls let me know..

even so the Kn and Kp values are unusually large.both between 150 to 300 (unit=uA/V2) shud i be concerned...
using gpdk 090 what are the level tt what shud the value of Kn and Kp
thank you in advance for helping

if you using kn kp and lamda fro calucation, the calculated result and the simulation result will differ greatly. Try to use gm/id method for calculation.
