c1740 transistor

loks like is produced by st ?
st c1740 ---maybe an bc174?
st a933 ---don`t know

anyone heard about these transistors?the web is dead in this problem :(

please help

a933 transistor

Hello

I guess you must look for :

2SC1740 and 2SA933

Regards

transistor a933

If it is working you could do some measurements on it by finding the pinout with a multimeter and then measuring the beta by putting the base to a voltage through a resistor and then the collector to the votlage throuigh a current meter. usually low beta transistors are higher frequency than high beta ones. From these clues you could pick out a replacement.

1amn transistor

THE TWO TRANSITORS ARE PATERN COPIES OF NEC 2SC DEVICE
AS MENTIONED ABOVE

THEY ARE INFACT GENERAL PURPOSE PNP AND NPN DEVICE

BUT NOT A MATCHED PAIR

2SA933 is a common device in amplifiers and general switching situations in shit eastern plastic junk crap self destructing
badly designed hifi and houshold rubbish
the second device is a well known audio amp or general purpose amp
from the same genoration of said

i would recomend using a 2sc 1815 and 2sa 733 to replace these

as the 933 is far worse than the 733

the gp amp 2sc device
can be replaced hahaha by just about any npn or in most cases 2 diodes and a zener made into a transistor

but an 1815 is the best
and at 10 euro per 100 parts is dam cheep

1815 transistor

How about 1AMN and AP17 this two transistor ? Could someone give me the manufactor name and part number ? Thanks
