I want to learn the power electronics principles of a Hybrid Car. For example, a car has 201.6v battery pack (168 NiMH cells in series) with 6.5AH. It drives Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. So, there is Inverter, converter rectifier etc component. If anyone could explain how those are designed and working...

You ask a very complicated question that includes information that might be patent protected. The principle is though that the battery drives a variable frequency inverter and that drives the motor. The motor speed is decided by the accelerator pedal which sets the inverter speed. There are numerous feedback loops and load detectors that route power to the inverter or from the motor back to the battery for regenerative braking and battery charging.
