HI,

I trying to develop a module for USB and I need to use PLL to make internal oscillator to 48 MHZ.

for this i need to access CW4<13:10> , I dont find CW4 register and hence gives an error !

so what can I do , help required !

The CW4 is set using the configuration setup. Depending on your compiler, you may need to use #pragma directives or _CONFIGx macros or similar.
When you say you want to make the internal oscillator 48MHz, I assume this is only for the USB clock. The CPU itself can only take a maximum 32MHz clock (see Figure 37-1 in the data sheet).
