[PIC] Unable to upgrade sim 900 firmware for email functions

Pls can anyone help me,i am using sim 900 with a firmware version of 1137B13SIM900M64_ST but cannot send an email,i try upgrading using the CUSTOMER FLASH LOADER to 1137B10SIM900M64_ST but am unable to do the upgrade.i keep getting error(error during change baud rate) message.HERE IS THE IMAGE OF THE PROCESS.THANKS IN ADVANCE BRO .

You need to leave the baud rate at its default of 115200 and make sure yo hold down the PWR button during the entire sequence. You will find much more information in the following thread: https://www.edaboard.com/threads/182804/
