Hello,
There is a semiconductor analog switch, which should off leakage current in order pA (1-5pA) ?
I need to switch resistors for current measurements in the order of nA to pA

you are right, but the size and especially speed is significantly worse at relays.

I have 7 resistors for current range 10mA - 10nA
The problem is in the lower range
- 100pA - 10nA
- 10nA - 100nA
- 100nA- 1uA
For the pA range will use latching relay, but for higher range used semiconductor switch.
