I have ultra low power MCU 0.9uA powered from small battery 3.7V 20mAh.
Now seeking a transistor to disconnect the peripheral with consumption 6uA.
In other words, seeking a FET in SOT23 with ultra low leakage in OFF, for 3V logic.

You'll find that the typical leakage current of small logic level MOSFETs like Si2301 is below 0.1 µA, but unfortunately the guaranteed (maximum) value is considerably higher. It's essentially the same with MCU idle current.

Since the power draw is trivial, why not use something
like an ACLV series logic gate (inverter, buffer, AND, ...)?
Good ones ought to have sub-uA static IDD and you can
shop on specs. Look at the single-gate logic families from
TI, NXP et al. That the output will also jam to ground,
might be good for eliminating "tails of misbehavior" that
might attend a leisurely, uncontrolled self-bleed-down.
