Can anyone guide to a microcontroller that has an embedded FM Tx.?

It would be great if the controller is from "Microchip" or "ATMEL".

Which type of FM TX you are using
if it is ready module than just connect the txd pin of your mc to txd module that’s it.
But if you prob in managing it through programming than do followings steps
1] use max 232 and connect it to pc
2] connect the both the module to it ie txd ,rxd
3] and check it on terminal software which by bray
4] if it is ok disconnect the either module from it
5] and connect it to the target board
6] and try out your solution

rfPIC12F675 has a kind of FM Tx.
(rfPIC12F675K = 315 Mhz band, rfpIC12F675F = 433 Mhz band).
