Uart data transmission in built

Can i recieve/transmit data from 2 uart's if they are built in from micro controller at the same time
 

It depends on the micro (which you haven't specified). Normally, if a micro has 2 or more UARTS, they can all be used at once. The inputs and outputs coordinated by the software in the micro so it will not allow you to send at exactly the same time but the UART function will still work.
