TX vs RX microstrip antenna orientation (polarization).

Is that right, that in CASE3 RX antenna will not receive signal, or signal would be very weak (why still receive, is it cross-polarization?)
And CASE1 and CASE2 will perform correct. is there ny difference between case one nd two?

Yes, the maximum antenna coupling you get in Case 1 and Case 2, and there is no significant difference between those two cases.
In Case 3, due to different polarization, you get at least 20dB less coupling.
