TX and RX interface to two microcontroller

Hi,

I wanted to send data by microcontroller and FPGA on a single line TX and RX.

TX and RX is connected to the CANBUS transceiver so in this way both the controller behave like a master but only one will interact to the transceiver at a time.

Do I need any pull-up or pull down in my circuit that I made ? I have enclosed the image below.
