Hello folks,

Can you share you experiences if you have ever done a project which includes two way SPI communication between two microcontrollers over 3 wire SPI bus(CLK,MOSI & MISO) without any chip-select ,hand-shaking mechanism and multi-master features..... Is it normal to see such kind of communication ..??? Please share your experiences

Thanks n Regards
Max

Hi guys,
thanks for the inputs. I am working on a project which has that delimitation. By grounding the chipselect and with some timing algorithms one can do that. but there are some latency issues but it not a issue in my case so we made such implemetation. I cannot use I2C for its half-duplex nature n some other delimitation too. I wanted to know whether someone had did such implementation before n their expereinces.

Thanks n Regards
Max
