HI
i want to check oscilloscope signals from different points and i also want to enforce
proteus oscilloscope to measure wave with respect to a specific point.
not with respect to ground.

is it possible
here is example circuit diagram.
i want to measure scope across the Bulb scop.jpg

I don't know anything about proteus, but can't you do a differential measurement? In other words, connect channel A of the scope to one point (referenced to ground) and connect channel B to the other point (also referenced to ground). Then subtract B from A.

Thanks barry It works for few particular problem.
i use proteus every day for simulation and pcb designing .
IN some cases we need separate ground for simulation.
for example high voltage sections and low voltage section and isolated circuits.

So what should we do for this problem in Proteus.

you can config the other ground by option design menu---> config power rails---->select new potion--->give name as you like --->give net alise for other ground.
