Hi,
We have many kinds of analog TV transmitter in many different places
and also software connecting from PC to transmitter ( via port RS232) using RS232 cable (local control) to view the parameters, supervise, control it.

Now, our project is going to build up a network that from one place,you can access all the transmitter via ADSL line (remote control)

So could anyone help me how to build up,
a functional diagram, what should I need ,the method and document
I'm a beginner
