TV sound noise repair
A TV CF-21D16 is making noise. When a TV is leaved in standby, after turn on the sound is pure with noise. If TV is turn off with power button, after turn on the sound is ok. I have soldered two resistors to solve this problem. The resistors partly solved problem. No the TV when turned on from stand-by make big noise for second, but after that the noise is little, but still exist and is annoying.
I would like to know what part of TV is broken and to replace it. Something peremudrili guys in the model with stereo sound on an additional fee and T D A2009 A.
