I am sorry ..but what does the TCL mean ? . . where is it been used ?

TCL is a scripting language .. something similar to Perl .. it has some applications in building graphical interfaces ..

TCL is one of the very famous scripting languages you can use besides perl,

mostly is used to build large and more robust applications, as perl is more on parsers and script manipulators....

The GUI interface TK (Toolkit) can use along with TCL, Perl and almost all the languages and scripts...
TK suites TCL the most for good GUI implementation....
