TSMC antenna diode pcell-diode to reduce the antenna effects

TSMC antenna diode pcell

hi there,
does the TSMC PDK provide protection diode to reduce the antenna effects, if so can someone here tell me the pcell name of the antenna diode? Or do we have to draw the antenna diode by ourselves?

You just need contact to diffusion. The one will form a diode. For example, if you insert N+ contact into substrate you will get a junction substrate- N+. This is the way we are using to prevent antenna.
