We are taping out a digital design in TSMC 40nm 40LP tech in August 2011. The cost of a MOSIS/TSMC shuttle run, i.e. MPW, is quite expensive for one lot of 100 dies. The minimum area for purchase is 9mm^2. We only need 3mm^2 and 40 packaged dies. Is anyone interested in sharing space on this die? You could have 6mm^2 and 60 dies for a fraction of the full price. You will need to setup an account with TSMC and sign their NDAs etc, and we would have to get their approval, but it should not be a problem if you are qualified to have an account.
