Trying to simulate a current supply using Pspice

It's weird.
1) Only 46.44nA running through a branch. That's too small to be a current supply
2) I had to insert a resistor R14 100ohm else the simulation won't converged.
3)Why point B dropped to 68.15mV? Transistor M4 sustain a huge VDS voltage across, almost 3.2V, that's not safe, right?

How can i increase the current so it can a meaningful current supply?
 

Because the circuit does not start.You should add a starting transistor to wake up the circuit.
