can anyone please help me how to write program in TMS320F28335 Controller to control phase angle of the triac....also how to interface TMS320F28335 to optoisolator MOC3021
 

Hi,

First you need a zero cross input signal.

Phase angle is just a delay time referred to the zero cross signal.

How to to connect MOC: There is a datasheet, application notes and a lot of reference designes around.
