Triac driver with inbuilt triac module

Can anyone suggest me a module wich will be having triacs driver inbulit the Triac.

The required pack will be integrated in one chip like Tinyswitch.

Kindly suggest or give weblinks

If you want to perform phase control, Littelfuse has (or use to have) Triacs with an integrated Diac.
All in a simple three-terminal device.
Search on their website under Quadracs.
