Transient voltage suppressor circuit for relay driving

Hi all,

I need help regarding Transient Voltage Suppressor for driving relay. I am confused how will i connect the TVS with it, is it a type of module or a diode placement with some configuration.

Kindly help me out i am attaching the circuit diagram please let me know where will i connect the TVS & how.

You can use ULQ2003D with integrated supression diodes
