there is no isolation .if human being touch the circuit the some thing happen ?

This circuit is appalling!! For some reason the output voltage is tied to the incoming LIVE, so touching any of the +5V will give you a shock. The circuit should be "turned upside down" so the +5V is referred to neutral so it is non lethal if touched.
Also in the description the writer gives the wrong reason for the inclusion of R2 (1M), its to discharge C1, -nothing to do with filtering.

so we cant use it where the person /or neutral line interfacing !:roll:
