Hi folks,

I'm trying to simulate a Transformer using Cadence, but I'm running into some problems.

When I couple two inds using MIND and set the coupling to 1 and set both inductances to 1 and no multiplier the transformer works pretty well, but when i get like a relation of 2:1 for inductances or multiplier it gets weird, as my result is like 1:1.4 or 1:0.7, which are pretty messy.

Do you guys know what am I doing wrong?

Sounds like the transformer is behaving according to theory, V2/V1 = sqrt(L2/L1).
