It's really not clear what you are trying to achieve. You have reported contradicting design purposes along this thread.

If it's a regular three phase transformer, as suggested in post #1, I presume it can be build applying industry standard design cookbooks. If you are designing a magnetic circuit that is not covered by standard designs, or want to derive specific parameters of standard core configurations, magnetic modeling may be useful.
