Transfer function of Instrumentation amplifier with DC suppression filter

Hi All,

Can you pls help me out to solve the transfer function of the below circuit?

I am able to solve TF for an normal instrumentation amplifier. But when it is followed by DC Suppression filter, I am unable to do so.

V01 and V02 voltages are shown in the below figure.

How to calculate the final Tranfer Function as shown in Equation(4) of below figure?

Please help me out to solve the overall transfer function.
