I need to find the transfer function of this circuit. Can you guide me step by step till we get Vo(s)/E(s).

Sure. That will be $US1000. (If you just want to see the transfer function without the derivation, that would be only $US200.)

You need to learn how to perform circuit analysis if you want to analyze a circuit. If you know the basic principles of circuit analysis, you can apply them to any circuit, whether it's multiple feedback or any other topology.
