transducer producing current output reg

Hi
I am using pressure sensor producing 4 to 20 mA output in the circuit.In that for instance,that sensor produces 8mA for 5bar pressure(Resistance in the circuit is 40 ohms),I am having doubt that whether the same pressure sensor produces the same current(8mA) for 5 bar pressure for Resistance in the circuit be 50 ohms or it produces <8mA current.Please Help me....
