tranceiver 2.4GHz with PIC16877

I don't know how to program use serial I/0 on PIC controller but I know to program use normal discrete I/0 and construct circuit use normal RF transmitter and receiver( 434MHz ) Wish anybody could help how to program tranceiver 2.4Ghz with PIC16f877 and construct circuit using C language. I am using PICmicro development board. I use it for in house wireless control. TQ
