hi every body,
when using analog design environment to simulate my schematic design, I encountered a bunch of similar errors like this one: "M1: too few terminal given(0<4)". can any one help me here?
my design is a voltage level shifter. I've attached an image of the schematic file.

I saw a similar topic, but it didn't help me!
I really appreciate your help!

I don't know for certain what the simulator thinks the problem is, but you can try creating separate ground connections each for M1, M0, and M4.

Also try deleting some components, in an effort to track down the problem.

tnx for reply. I tried separating ground connections but even for a single transistor I got the same error. any other suggestion?:?:

Another thing to try:

Install low-ohm resistors at various component terminals, to break up questionable connections, or connections which the simulator sees as creating a conflict of some kind.

Also:
Try opening a sample schematic included with the software. Try to use a schematic which contains the same kind of mosfet you are using. Then see if the same error occurs. If it does not, start adding the components in your schematic. Execute test simulations to see if you encounter the same error.
