TO220 package or TO-220 Full Plastic Package which is Better

I have two packages of N MOSFET, TO-220 package and TO-220 Full plastic package.

Which one is better in terms of reliability with max. temperature environment.

Slightly better thermal conductivity has the basic TO220 package, but I wouldn’t worry much about that issue, MOSFETs in both packages when mounted on a proper heatsink work just fine ..

The plastic version has one important advantage, that is it doesn’t need mica or Teflon insulation washer and bush ..

Could you explain more details on packages for the below two parts.

Regarding the selection of IRGB10B60KDPBF which is TO-220 package or IRGIB15B60KD1P which is TO-220 Full plastic package, Which one should be considered.

Plastic package gives you the comfort of not using washers and bushes, go for them ..
