TO-46 Header for Bare Die LED

Does any one know where I can purchase TO-46 Headers? Like the one used for this LED below.

I have a number of bare die LEDs that I want to mount.

I am not sure about buying the empty packages, but https://www.icproto.com/ specialise in small quantity packaging of die, although I have't used them.
