I am in an institute,a new institute, the RF power is weak.now we buy modules then build the system.I don't know if i can learn more from doing this work?i am new in RF .can u give me some advice??i am puzzled.Thank you.
Hi,
This is a structured approach - the first thing is to be very conversant in linear integrated circuit design - then you move to non-linear circuit design - understandbly your problem is that you are doing a lot of dog work - but the fact that you are putting things together gives you a great opportunity in practicing engineering of matched networks and systems engineering - when you work on designing yourself you will be buying Intellectual properties most of the time and putting them together - that is the trend in the industry - design effort for projects starting from scratch is only about 25% - so master the art of matching networks and you are already half done -
Good Luck
