What is the threshold voltage of an n-type MOSFET with channel length of 2µm?
 

You need to mention the target technology to get specific answer.You can simulate the MOSFET in Virtuoso ADE using Spectre Simulator and observe the Vth value in the Result Browser.
 

If you don't have access to the fab's documents, you can use the value from this table 14_different_processes.png
from an overview article by Klaas Bult: "Analog Design in Deep Sub-Micron CMOS".
