Please help....

How to include dead time in a three phase inverter IGBT drive..?:-?
to drive six igbts,
i suppose there are 2 ways...
1. Using code and six tlp 250s.
2. using three tlp 250s and giving the output to three driver ics which can provide their own dead time..

Is the 2nd method possible? please suggest a suitable driver ic for ..my igbt is fga15n120.
