1) if any of timing arc of any cell is disable so logicaly my clock tree should be reported after that arc.
2) there is a latch in my design. so the clock pin of that latch shoud be reported as a endpoint of clock tree or not ?
3)output port should be reported as an endpoint of clock tree or not?
