Hello there, i have a project of implementing a speed controllers for AC three phase Induction motor of 30KW using MOSFET /SCR;can anyone help me to know how I can proceed with PIC16F877A?

Thanks.

Please help.!!

go ahead and see microchip application note AN900 . and recommand is using PIC18f4431 (which is a specialized for motor control) . and start by looking at this evaluation kit by microchip : https://www.microchip.com/Developmenttools/ProductDetails.aspx?PartNO=DM330023-2

this is not an easy project and u have to know what are u doing (30KW is a lot of power) i hope u have experience in power electronics because this is not a programming only project !!

have a good day
cheers

Good Project can be done using phase frequency control but as Electro nS said is not easy, It requires good power knowledge as well as good micro-controller programming skill, programming in c language may create problem in this project ASM choice is Good.
