[SOLVED] Thermometer with AT89S2051

I'm designing an environmental thermometer so I need an accurate sensor. I was looking for it but I didn't found it. I wanna a sensor with almost 0.5% of accuracy of full scale (the scale goes from -20ºC to 60ºC).
If you know anyone please tell me. Thanks

You can use DS18S20 digital thermo i have make whit this chip and work perfect and You can connect ~70 pcs on single wire if you want i can send you a C code for that

I would suggest to make it on 89c51 and lm 35 this is the most simple one.

i'm planning to make simple board comp. for my car with 2 temp. sensors and display and logging the lower and higher temp with ds18s20 this chip is perfect fot that it has integrated alarm for temp.
