If a temp sensor is used no simulation is necessary. I am using motor current as parameter. A timer checks against set full load ampere & it trips a relay with delay according to a look-up table ( time delay v/s overload % ) with condition that current is above set current.
But if current varies above & below set current, the counter resets. & software "thinks" motor is not overheated. In reality motor has started heating-up slowly. evetualy motor may burn out.
so realy problem is under varying load condition. please help.
