vbe voltage reference

Guys, please help.
I have search through the net for the past 8 hours.
There are no informations for these circuits on the net.
Please refers to the attachment file to see the circuits.

Re: Voltage Reference

What you're posting is too simple. You should put your self at work. Just to help you a little, the first figure correspond to the Vbe multiplier, that is Vout=(1+R1/R2).Vbe

Re: Voltage Reference

Thanks. I have work out the answers by myself.

1.b) Vref = (IsR1/alpha)exp(Vbe/Vt) + Vbe
c) Vref = (R1+R2)/R2 * (sqrt(2*Id*L)/(kn*W) - Vt)

Voltage Reference

i think he is asking to confirm his answer. i agree with ur answers.

Re: Voltage Reference

to implement a bandgap reference with mos tecnology u need to implement lateral or vertical BJT transistors cause the concept needs use the diode junction to control Vref

Re: Voltage Reference

the diference betwen a) and b) is that b) ihas less dependency from Vcc cause the feedback among the transistors, to the current source u can use a widlar-mirror current but need a start-up circuit fo garantice the circuit will be always turned-on

Re: Voltage Reference

hi
i,m sorry i can not give your attachment.
please give most detailes.
thanks
