Hi all
in case of electric bread slicing machine is already built and the only thing missing is the electric motor that drives it, how the electric motor is chosed in terms of WATTAGE and torque ?

You can certainly spend a good time doing research, but I would simply ask your local baker to allow me to look at the slicer specification label , on bottom or rear body. It tells you all what you need.
