i want to design the charge pump for EEPROM
the output current must be 1mA

can anyone give me some helps//

ps: the capacity cant be large because of the area limited

thank you

What output voltage do you want, you do not say?
This url may help get you started?

the voltage is 12~15v
the power supply is only 5v

The circuit described in the url using the MAX1044 should give you about 13V if you use two stages of multiplication as described.

oh NO
I want to design the charge pump for the EEPROM
the charge pump and EEPROM are subblocks of the whole circuit
the EEPROM can be used for some data for other regulator subblock.
so i cant use the external charge pump
firstly i choose the dicson charge pump but the current load cant be reach the the 1mA
so i want to improve the output current of the charge pump

i think you can use a charge pump that has a NMOS source follow output to small the output capacitor.

you can find papers on IEEE, keyword charge pump, memory.
i use linux now and do not have a paper. otherwise i can upload some papers for you

Maybe you can use mos cap to save area and use dikson charge pump to get the voltage you want.
