The phase noise of synthesizer used in bluetooth

Dear all,

I am designing a synthesizer which is used in bluetooth. How calculate the required phase noise of this synthesizer? From the spec of bluetooth v2.1, I can find some spec of this synthesizer, but don't know how to get spec of the phase noise or spur.
Does any body can help me?
