current mirror noise

hi,all
In a Delta Sigma Modulator +Current steering DAC, the circuit noise of current mirror is so large(13 levels, 25uVrms integrated in 20-20k), fully differential output, use both NMOS and PMOS current mirror.
Anyone has an idea to improve this, thanks very much

I know you posted this a very long time ago but you need to put decoupling caps within your current mirrors to remove the noise. You can also put in filters inbetween the diode connected transistor which biases up each element within your DAC.
