I am trying to import the simulation model of SMP1321 into ADS2024. The model is provided by Skyworks official website(https://www.skyworksinc.com/en/Products/Diodes/SMP1321-Series). This model is used for ADS2002C and mainly contains .dsn, .ael, and .atf files.I don't know how to import and use them correctly.
In the official community of Keysight (https://community.keysight.com/s/question/0D52L00005IdrAiSAJ/import-lay-and-dsn-into-ads-2012), it is mentioned that these files will no longer be supported in subsequent ADS versions. Is this true?
If I want to use these models, or I want to simulate this diode (SMP321) in ADS, what should I do?
Finally, the official model is attached.

Can you teach me how to do it?
Here is a thead about creating new components on ADS. This may help.
However, creating new component is easier in proteus. There are many tutorials available. You can switch if you wish.

S_parameters of this Diode ( SMP1321-040LF ) have been given under different biasing conditions and for 2 connecting configurations.
You can use these datas for your work.
