the flow of MBIST with the sofware of MBISTArchitect

i have produce the files:model_name_bist.v,model_name_bsit_con.v,model_name_tb.v ,model_name_v.dcscript and model_name_bist.v.ctdf with the tool of MBISTArchitect.what shall i do the nest step?Anyone who could descript the process for me? thanks in advance!!

I know a little about MBIST:
model_name_bist.v ----- the bist controller
model_name_bsit_con.v ----- the bist controller and ram_block (which include bist controller and ram_bypass block)
model_name_tb.v -----TB
model_name_v.dcscript -----DC script ,which can synthesis model_name_bsit_con.v

You should have a model_name_mbisted.net.v ,and cat the MBIST 's DC result (model_name_bsit_con_g.v). you will get the final MBIST netlist.
