hi,

if somone had worked on this method can give me an example( vhdl code) for CLBs SRAM-based FPGA test

regards

Hi Lahrach,

What kind of FPGA or KIT did you have?

I'm using NEXYS2 500.

I test the BIST and everything work fine.

Did you have some problem with the BIST or to load it on your card?

If you use some board from DIGILENT, you should know that they changer their soft few weeks ago.

I met some problems to test the BIST on my board.

After updating my ADEPT SUITE with the brand new version, I can now flash inside the BIST.

For development, I 'm using XILINX ISE WEBPACK and ISIM.

Have a nice day.
