tetramax S1 DRC error

Can anyone know how to fix tetramax S1 DRC error?

Here is the error message:

Error: Chain chain1 blocked at DFF gate ULPM0_reg (17461) after tracing 0 cells. (S1-1)

Hi ,
Make sure you have defined all the clocks with their off-states , also make sure you have properly constrained the pins related to testmode .

Cross check your spf file for the given constraints .

Also you can analyse your S1 Drc in the gui schematic by pressing Analyze button & see for gate values , also you can backtrace from the gate displayed.

after tracing 0 cells tetramax

I have a similar problem....

All clocks are Ok... test_se reaches flip-flops nicely....
but all scan_in show up as "X" on the analyze window... any help


The result is that I cannot go past the first FF on any chain
